Streamyx 4mbps package..

yo all, just upgrade my streamyx package which now cost me Rm160 a month.. zzz.. why? in my house 3 computers sharing 1mbps internet.. my sister really like to watch those on9 video so… internet lagging like hell btw streamyx connection always unstable..

well is not 4mbps..  but before this i pay RM 88 for 1mbps, now i got 3.2mbps for RM160 quite a deal eh.. :)

    Wish I could upgrade. I had a fault in my line ages ago so the tech came out & found the problem was in my wiring in my house. He fixed it but at the same time he used his line monitoring device & tested the whole line back to the exchange was capable of 15Mbps.

    So, I went to the local TM & applied for the 2Mbps package. However, the boss of the place will not let me! His reason - “I know the lines in that area are not capable of 2Mbps so I will not accept your order”. I insisted so he told me I could apply but he would just rip up the application & throw it in the bin!

    I told him my line had been successfully tested to 15Mbps & he refused to believe me, saying that unless I could give him the name of the tech (who gets that info?) then he could do nothing. He refused to send another tech to do another measurement.

    Talk about Little Napoleans! Oh well, TM loses the money.

    u meant the technician tested the adsl at your house and can get 15mbps? wow.. well, u can try to register at difference tm point :).. btw, check their website to see if your area is supported..
